Why do high waisted jeans get so much hate from guys?

Low waisted jeans aren't as comfortable, when you sit they go down and you risk everyone seeing you butt. And when you are standing it is not like you would wear a short top and skin would be visible, you would still wear long tops which cover your belly completely. Actually, low waisted jeans make your legs look shorter combined with long tops.

I don't care what guys think, I love them. They fit comfortably and they're elegant. I never considered buying low waisted ew.

My hips are wide and my butt is big, therefore low waisted is such a pain and it feels uncomfortable to me, it irritates my skin from the sides and there's other shit I have to endure because of it. I guess low waisted fits comfortably for those with narrow hips and small butt. I could imagine that high waisted looks bad on people with a bottom like this while it looks good on people who have a big wide bottom.

Yes, i have a big butt too and thick thighs and i totally agree. Low waisted jeans also make my legs look short and many tops don't fit my waist well, they are baggy and I end up looking fat.
However, high waisted jeans with a crop top enhance my curves.

Exactly, I wear high waisted more for the comfort though. They are sooo comfortable! Low waisted feels like hell and looks kinda trashy on me lol.

Girls who know how to look good, don't wear long tops (unless it's winter). They wear crop-tops.
Men prefer girls who have naturally long legs, not optical illusion of long legs created with high waisted jeans.
The same goes with shape of the legs, I like girls with naturally toned legs, not fake toned with high heels.
That's why I prefer girls in sneakers.

I have abs and i look bad with low waisted jeans because i am pear shaped and high waisted jeans look much better on me as they enhance my curves. Plus, low waisted jeans make my legs short and my hip fat easily comes out. plus they are uncomfortable and your ass can show easily when you sit.
Also, to assume someone has belly fat just because they wear a specific clothing item is just dumb. Actually, it is harder to fit into high waisted jeans if you are fat. Mine get tight too when i eat a lot and my waist is almost 24 inches

I'm not a guy but they're not very flattering for all body shapes. If you have an hourglass shape and are toned, they're good however if you aren't very toned and have a flat ass but wide hips, they can be extremely unflattering.
I think straight jeans are the most flattering for all body shapes
