Um no. It simply means he does facial skin care. I don’t understand why people call it gay, though. I've seen it in movies and shows, and in real life. Its not a big deal.

  I actually support it too, it's stupid for facial care to be labeled as a more feminine thing. I encourage my brother to take care of his skin and let him borrow my stuff (facial wash, nose strips, exfoliater, etc.)
