Should a girl wear a crop top if she has a chubby belly bulging over her jeans?

Like it or not, people will notice whether the clothes you wear suit your body type or not. That is true for both men and women. The concept of a crop top is to show off a slender waistline. I understand if last summer's outfits don't fit as well this summer. Not everyone can afford to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe when their weight changes. But I don't understand why someone who has never been physically fit would want to wear a crop top.

Showing off a little chubbiness might actually be cute on a girl. But the morbidly obese people that you would see walking around Wal-Mart with their multiple rolls of abdominal fat hanging out - that basically says that these are adults who are clueless about how to dress themselves or take care of their bodies.
