Depends on what it is. I think the most effective plastic surgery is A) to fix a deformity or honestly needed medical issue. B) To make them look better - like all the wrinkles or flab when a person loses 500 pounds.
If it’s done to enhance, ok. If you still look like you, and it gives you confidence, and you feel better, great. But when you look like a completely different person, that’s when I would have an issue with it.
Sometimes I think the person looked gorgeous (or at least fine) before, and then they look completely different, I personally usually think it looks worse... sometimes the “issue” that they think they have is a plus. And when they get rid of it, they look fake... and when they age, many look very “plastic”. Sometimes it will make them look better, but often they get so desperate to keep up that they keep going until it gets botched up.
If done correctly, yes it can. At least In the short term. As people age the more aggressive surgeries tend to start to show themselves though, and ultimately a lot of people end up looking worse than they would have otherwise. Jocelyn Wildenstein for example.
It depends. I read that you want to get your nose done. Be aware that the nose is not an easy body part to deal with. There are plenty of pictures out there which show how much of an impact even a small nose job had on the whole face and appearance. Getting your nose done means your whole face will change. Not just the nose. So if you are determined to do this, then I advice you search before doing it. Find a professional with experience who will be able to guide you. Ask him about how it will affect your appearance and maybe he also has some software to show you before and after so you can know what to expect. Don't go and do it blindly because you might be disappointed afterwards.
No I can live with my nose and I don’t feel good getting any implants cause those are fake
Sorry. I thought that's what you wanted from your comments. I didn't mean to insult you.
What do you think I need? Check out my profile picture
Honestly? Maybe a little self esteem. You look handsome as you are.
Do you think a good girl would like me?
Why not? Why do you believe that you need to do something about the way you look? Judging on your face you probably also have a good body weight.
You need to believe more in yourself. Put down that phone, look into the mirror, look yourself in the eyes and tell yourself that you are beautiful. Do this every day until you start to really believe it.
A desperate or insecure look in your eyes can be a turnoff much more than looks. It might look cute, but it's not what girls are looking for to take you seriously.
What is a desperate look?
It's all about body language. Try to think of you approaching a girl as if you were watching a movie.
•avoiding eye contact or looking at your feet screams out you're nervous
• covering your throat or constantly touching your neck makes you look nervous
! A raised head and eye contact show confidence, that you are relaxed and sure if yourself
• covering your mouth while speaking can give the impression that you're hiding something or lying
• folding your arms in front of your chest shows closure. That you want to avoid contact or are in a defensive state.
• turning your body away from her shows that you don't really want to talk and can't wait to leave
• locking your ankles or knees shows anxiety and insecurity
And last but not least, smile! Genuine smile makes your eyes brighten up too.
Hope that helps
Thanks for MHO!
As my plastic surgery professor said, a good surgeon won’t make you look like you got something done. If it’s done right, definitely yes it makes you look better.
Good then maybe I’ll look into lightbrhinoplasty

Depends, it can make a person look better or worse. If it was only worse, then nobody would get surgery done, as long as it smalls tweeks like something you really needed done like a broken or blocked nose, then yes it can changed your appearance a bit.
Yes if the person has extremely bad face proportions, like too big nose, too small lips etc.
Often those relatively attractive women who do plastic surgery become the bimbo look with exaggerated lips, artificial looking nose and breasts which aren't sexy at all.
No. Her natural beauty was way better. I had plastic surgery on my right underarm in 2013. Not for cosmetics, mind you, but to remove a tennis ball-sized infection that grew out of nowhere one day when I took a nap. Like some sort of nightmare bacteria that found me out of the blue, and was eating my underarm.
It’s like putting a condiment on food. A little might help or it could wreck the favor. A lot of plastic surgeons are quacks. A few really know how to turn a pig’s ear into a diamond.
A lot of women get addicted to plastic & can’t stop tho. It’s like putting a whole bottle of ketchup on your dinner. Usually not a good idea
It can correct certain unsightly features but generally speaking no. Like Megan fox looked better younger and her face is likely a mess without make up artists

I don't get it. Why would anyone want to get plastic surgery if they were already that pretty?
@Jamie05rhs I dont know. To me she ruined herself
Yes; I agree. :/
In one reply you said "I need a nose job because my nose isn’t that great to be honest but other than that I’m fine". In another reply you said "Rhinoplasty probably that’s about it but also jaw and chin implants". You cintradicted yourself. You need therapy first.
No, it’s tacky and a lot of the time it’s really obvious.
Seriously?
Seriously. Even celebrities with a ton of money who can afford the best plastic surgeons can come out badly.
Maybe I wouldn’t want to get it
You really shouldn’t
Do you think it’s wrong to?
Not morally wrong, but it looks bad and a lot of people find it unattractive knowing that you surgically altered yourself and this isn’t what you naturally look like.
So it’s better to stay natural
Yep!
What if you don’t look good?
You’ll still look bad with surgery, so you might as well save your money
I guess I’ll have to live my face
Hopefully you’ll come to appreciate it. I used to think I was ugly sometimes but I’m way more confident about the way I look now.
I wish I could get rhinoplasty and maybe jaw and chin implants. But the thought of having plastic inside me is just disgusting
I probably only would really need a nose job but even that won’t do much
Simple

When it’s not taken to the extreme then YES! Most importantly it gives you a fresh breeze of confidence, which ultimately reflects on how you carry yourself. Most people have plastic surgery to fix their insecurities
Absolutely not. It makes them look like they're not a real person, takes away their natural grace. Dannii Minogue y'know in the '90s was absolutely gorgeous, she started doing something to her nose and that was a damn shame.
It definetly can. But we most likely don't recognize it as plastic surgery because that's when plastic surgery worked. When it looks like you're naturally beautiful
Do you think a nose job can look good
I don’t think you need it from the looks of your profile and it ussually looks fucked anyways
I need a nose job because my nose isn’t that great to be honest but other than that I’m fine
It's impossible to say one way or another in general. There's vastly different things that can be done with plastic surgery and vastly different reasons for it.
For those whom I can tell is plastic, the surgeon had failed and, by implication, I don't like.
But I think many celebrity had plastic done. Since I can't tell, I like them.
In most cases yes
Beautiful people who get it are stupid
I think facial surgery is never good for beautiful people
Fake boobs and butts are just an obsession with perceived "deficiencies"
I think its a symptom of a bigger personal problem.
It usually depends on the before and after look. Sometimes it's not the case.
However, it somehow makes the person feel better in their own skin and happy
I think you can as, long as you don't over do it. Some people get something done, its looks better than before, then they redo the same facial feature to get to perfect and it gets fucked up. I'd say if you were going to get it done, go to Korea
It depends. If I had no idea that someone actually had plastic surgery but it turns out they did, that would probably be a sign that it at least did not harm. Anyways, it really depends a lot. Generally, I think it is best to have a more natural look, but there might be a procedure that improves appearance. I would say that everything should be judged on a case by case basis
No. You can do almost the same thing with contouring now these days.
Not for guys
I don’t know about that. I was just reading an article on how make up for men is starting to be big business
Not really in my opinion. Usually at least from the ones I've seen you can tell it is plastic surgery, and it's sad because their facial features weren't bad to begin with.
In some cases they are bad
Wtf did you make this just for my question? IS that you?
Lmao he always does that 😂😂
I didn't even listen to the video. I just gave you a thumbs up for being brave.
@RolandCuthbert 👍👍👍
Not if they already look good. What I find ironic is most people who get plastic surgery are already naturally beautiful, so the surgery is unnecessary.
I Need surgery,
What for?
Maybe from an objective point of view it might. But the sort of person who would have a plastic surgery done for non medical reasons is so mentally fucks for wouldn't date them anyways
I need it
Depends on the person, what they got done, and where they got off.
If they were in a horrific accident, then yes.
In 99% of cases it damn sure does
Have you seen some peoples noses?
Before or after?
Oh yes, of course.
Yes but if you go way overboard it could actually make you look worse
Sometimes. But sometimes they fuck it up royal.
I think Megan fox looks cuter before her surgery.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If the people in this pic are the same just pre plastic surgery and post.. they are still beautiful.
I prefer natural looks but depends on the structure of the person
I think Megan looks better before plastic surgery. My opinion
a lot of times coming from a korean fan but in the US I don’t think the surgeries are very great but koreans appear to be masters
Sometimes it actually does.. But many examples we've seen it has not.. Lol..
Sometimes but rarely. Most of what makes them look better is photoshop tbh.
Are all the after photos fake?
Most likely
Would I look better with plastic surgery?
Only you can answer that. Everyone else will have conflicting views so it doesn’t even matter.
Plastic surgery ruined Farrah Fawcett face, I loved her in Charlie’s Angels & I loved her hair.
The first picture look better.
Yes, as long as the surgeon is good and the changes aren't that big.
Sometimes a beautiful person gets ruined, like Meg Ryan.
In many cases yes but I think it also makes the person look older
Honestly, I think she looked better before the surgery, or what I assume is the pre-surgery picture (Left picture).
So my answer is obviously no. No it does not.
Hair, makeup, slight rhinoplasty, and a lot of Photoshop can do wonders. But as for the above, I prefer the natural look over the fake.
Yes it does and its fake stupid i dont like girls that do plastic surgerys
please just work with what God gave you natural is a huge plus
Two answers here. Reconstructive cosmetic surgery after an injury or accident, totally get it.
But for pure vanity to look like a photoshopped celebrity is not attractive at all. It's so fake.
She looked better before (at least to me) but it does have the desires affect for some people
If you think so. They're making bank off of narcissist self-absorbed people.
Which side of the picture is before and after. She isn’t fucked up in both pictures but she just looks like an entirely different person.
its not the plastic surgery its the persons mind set as to why they wanted it in the first place
What do you mean
Well as l said before you don't need plastic surgery its in your mind just go out and ask a girl for a date
Yes in some cases. But there are plenty of horror stores too. I wouldn’t risk it unless it was for medical reasons.
Probably. If it'll help you I guess why not. For me I figure that I shouldn't have to change myself to be or feel accepted.
It can make some look more beautiful, but it can fuck up others.
Yeah. Like a million people around the world who can prove that.
Sometimes, yes
A nose job or a syringe of hyaluronic acid won't turn you into a Kardashian
Then I’ll do it
No they won't
Depends on what the surgery was and how well it was done
Many times it goes wrong, that foto is a good example, she looked better before
Make-up should be enough. Plastic surgery should only be used in extreme situations.
It does but when they get old, it’s totally different
Sometimes it does. It seems more often it just makes them look odd.
For short time then the face turn into a nan bread lmao
Nope. Makes them look fake.
Why?
Because that is not really them. I would rather be around an 'ugly' person with heart, than a person who is aesthetically beautiful and tries to act like the world. Not the kind of people I want to be around. They tend to be very toxic. I am not attracted platonically to those kinds of people. I love you for who YOU are. Not for your looks.
I was thinking about getting plastic surgery to satisfy my own insecurities but now... I don’t know how I feel
You need to learn to love yourself. Because at the end of the day the person wants to see you for you. Fake people only wants to be around you because you appealing, and it wins benefits for them, but never you. Just like always poor, the only reason why they don't like you because you have no money. all of a sudden everybody is your friend when you won the lottery now you're millionaire. You'll just feel more lonely and disconnected than ever before in your life, and I'm pretty sure that the last thing you don't want.
Well in her case that was make up + Puberty
