How do you get your tan?

I'm a nudist, so usually fully nude. Although I also work outside sometimes, so sometimes it turns into quite the farmer's tan.

Okay, but I don't. The most sun I get is when I have to work outside. My arms are kinda dark but the rest of me almost glows in the dark.

I don't, I get red like boiled lobster and then shift skin to white again. So I try to avoid it. So what I get is very uneven and shows what kind of clothes I had when I stayed out to long.

Tanning is your body responding to radiation but most of the radiation can't be protected against. If it wasn't for the Vitamin D you get from the sunlight (15 mins of it a day) it would be advised to not go out in the sunlight at all

I can barely tan , i love the outdoors also but my skin sucks, i can get a little bit of color but nothing Major , i get Red more then anything

I use tanning lotion which is better for skin and because I get sunburnt not tanned

I'm jealous of people who can tan. I'm pale af and burn so fast out in the sun. I try tanning but I just burn and my skin immediately peels and I look pale again. It's like I skip the tanning step lol
