Is there any household item that helps you tan?

Is there any like house hold item that helps tan you? Does vegetable oil work? Are there any good ways to get tan from using everyday items?

I think eating a lot of vegetable helps to bring color to your skin. I don't know, but that's what my grandma and mom always told me. I think carrots and celery are good ones that they always said to eat. The only sure way is tanning lotion and the sun or a tanning bed.

Uhm, I use baby oil & sheen oil.

Sheen oil works REALLY good.

I always burn the first time I use it, but after that, I'm good to go (:

i usuallyjust walk ot in the sun and htat helps. just put spf on though

Plus don't use vegetable oil, you really don't want to cook in the sun.

think about how absurd the vegetable oil is. A.) it'll make you break out and B.) it's essentially FRYING your skin in the sun.
