I often like shirts and blouses that have buttons going down the front, and are preferably properly fitted, but it is difficult and rare to find shirts that fit your exact curves just right (or they were good when you bought them, but so many fabrics are not preshrunk to save on manufacturing costs, and then then the go through the wash and they shrink a bunch), so a lot of my shirts have opened up at the bust - the button actually pops open at the biggest point. Then I realize hours later, after having been out with clients, etc. I come home and think "oh no, it happened again". Do I throw these these shirts out? Tried tiny safety pins but that pulls and doesn't look right, and you can often see the metal bar. Sometimes I used garment tape, but it doesn't always hold. These are trials and tribulations of being a women I guess (with a bigger chest).

That is not likely to ever happen to me. I always ensure I have enough layers of clothing on to avoid that type of accident.

I consequently button up my top and make sure that I have always long trousers or pants. Therefore, the risk of having a pervert lift my skirt is not likely to happen. Also, I make sure to always wear a thick bra and underwear that prevents also indiscreet looks by those harassers that hope to take a peek and a woman's intimacy.

No, that type of mishap has never happened and I do whatever necessary and take all precautions for something like that never to happen.

EVERYONE has in minor ways:
--A faulty zipper on a pair of pants that caused one's fly to come open
--Shirts coming untucked revealing underwear

In the way as described at that Super Bowl halftime show where I think the term originated, no that was intentional and not an accident.

Ya two times when I was very little like 6 years old I was at school walking down the hallways and I think my pants or underwear feel down if I was wearing a skirt or dress luckily no one was in the hallway and a bunch of years later when I was 16 or 15 I was swimming at the YMCA and when I was diving and I dived up fast and my top feel down luckily I put it back up fast before anyone saw.

Yupp. It was the first time I was ever naked in front of anyone. Yes, I had my pants rip right on the ass on a field trip once in my early-mid teens. Like, my entire ass was showing (with underwear on of course, but still). It was pretty humiliating, but I ended up laughing it off because that was all that I could do, and a nice girl let me borrow her jacket to tie around my waist.
