I like green the most followed by red. I think all of the colors look good overall though.
Green seems to be a fairly common color because most photos of that kind of dress that I see seem to be in green. I don't see that kind of dress in person that often but more often in festivals (or photos of festivals) like say Oktoberfest where people often wear Dirndls.
I think it's coincidence that the photos I see are often in green because I know they are available in other colors too.

They don’t. Those dresses weren’t worn like that in really any culture. Parts of them maybe but there would have been more layers and the bodice would have been different
Having asked the internet what taupe and sand chemise means and decided from the random assortment of colours given back to me that it probably means brown and cream to a lay person such as myself.
I think that white might be important, I dont think it will ever be as striking in cream or even 'sand chemise' but it would certainly still work and is probably easier to live with as white is awful with stains.
I still think the strongest move is to buy white and then dye the colour as you have blue already you could see if that can be seperated for dyeing and or dye that.
A is quite nice. I like the color and you can always get different colored chamises to go under the main dress. If you aren’t going for historical accuracy then the rest of what I have to say won’t matter lol.
There are styles in other cultures that are simulate. Italian renaissance, German around the 15th century, and Viking clothing around the 8th century. I’ll see if I can find pics to post
I am not so much concerned about the color, but I hate the lacing, and how constricting that might feel for her! I am all about her comfort, in how she likes to dress, rather than trying to wear something that is uncomfortable that some idiot says looks good. I like what she feels comfortable in, and what looks good on her. Yes, a period 'costume' thing, but I have seen these at the Renaissance Fair women, and they always look uncomfortable!

I know what you mean though I have seen pictures where women look so uncomfortable. But they seem to be falling out of the dress... just wear something that fits it should not cause discomfort 😊
I know, right? But so many seem to need to be 'Fashionable' even in those kinds of costumes, rather than just comfortable! I think that the more common "peasant" frocks, are more appealing, and definitely less constricting, than those laced ones!
Ok this is not fair my friend. I think you would look extraordinary in these dresses. I do like the white one but my favorite color is red. So that would only make me happy to see in those ones. I would love to see you in this dress once you pick one. 😍😘😉😎
They're all beautiful, but my choice would be either A (the blue dress not the black one) or C I think no. F would be the most historically accurate though

Also I don't know if it matters I’m fairly pale in Winter.. I only add this bc of the fact this can negatively affect certain colors suiting my skin, I think.
Ok then, in this case all colors would suit you. I'd just avoid the black one, cause I think it suits blondes or redheads better. Personally, I 'd choose C or A, or F because the colors seem more realistic. The yellow is a bit too bright for the winter
