That's what I say. It would be a turn off since it would look no uniform and weird to have lot of legs hair but shaven bare torso.

I think it’s weirder if a guy shaves his legs. So no. I know plenty of guys without chest hair because they simply don’t have them (not because they shave it). I know no guy at all who shaves his body hair

Men who naturally have smooth upper body naturall have very less hairy legs as well.
The problem is for men who have lot of hairy chest, so their legs are quite thickly hairy messy
