In essence, a slim-thick physqiue is one with a low waist-to-hip-ratio (WHR).
My WHR is around 0.66, and while this is below the optimum of 0.7 but I've been told my figure is slim thick multiple times now so this may be a factor.
I don't think a slim thick body is particularly curvy or skinny but rather balanced and overall attractive. I don't like it when skinny people like Alexis Ren call themselves slim thick, because to me, they're skinny and athletic but not slim thick. Also, people who are obese are not slim thick.
Those who are only slightly overweight still qualify in my opinion.
Slim-thick means you have curves but you're not fat. A slim thick figure usually means you are skinny with boobs, ass, and hips. Some slim-tick people only have one. So if you're skinny with at least one of those your slim-thick.
Not many women can realistically pull it off, but that's why so many men encourage the idea of being healthy over trying to obtain a certain body. A slim thicc woman is basically going to be on the curvy side of athletic. Clearly works out, has well developed butt, thighs, and slender waist. C-D cup breasts (that's where the genetics come in)

There's fat thickness, and there's muscle thickness. The trick is to have enough muscle for a killer shape, and just enough fat (usually around 20%) to make it soft and feminine.
Maybe something like this, ie "hourglass"?
There's a very fine line with that one. Slim thick when not used for obese women is great. But it has kinda been taken over by the obese
