I don't have them and am lucky enough to have nice lips naturally, but I think they can go either way. For example, the ones in the photos you provided look nice, though I think Kylie Jenner's are pushing it, at least in some photos I've seen of her. Full is nice, but I think it's easy to overdo it, and too full can look ridiculous. I've seen some where the poor girls' lips look like pillows though, and I think that's way too much.

Gross, never looks good, thin lips look awesome if you work them right, girls are so brainwashed by the media and instagram to think everyone likes plumper lips. you can do a lot with makeup there is no need to get fillers, even if they break down over time I heard they don't go away just move around to different parts of face. Best thing to do is work your own unique features instead of trying to look like every basic vain girl

To be honest i have seen many girls looking like ducks with them. Very ugly and disfigured. While some girls its done very well it actually make her more beautiful. But nothing really beat natural lips. Just see those black women lips looking so fine

Lips do nothing for me personally, and if I was to choose, I would actually go with thin lips, so the practice is lost on me.

Cheek, jaw, cheekbone and nose surgeries, I can get behind those, though.
But I don't get the lip thing.

Don't like them for numerous reasons, first being that they look painful and that they are so unnecessary. Secondly, they don't even look good, most of the time you can tell if someone has had a filler as it looks unnaturally swollen. Why I am so against plastic surgery is that everything is proportionate to our bodies, so by increasing something in size, it looks out of place and proportion. Above all I think its a shame that people feel they have to inject themselves to look good.

They fit some girls, but they can be easily overdone. I feel like thin lips don't have to be unattractive, so I don't really get the hype.
I personally don't think I need them since I think my lips suit my face.
