Even though I like fuller lips, if it's not natural then don't bother. I would rather she have natural thin lips, instead. I would not want my girl going to get lip injections just to look good for me, it would make me sick to my stomach with guilt, to think I was responsible.

I think the lips God give are just right. Reason being who wants a woman with fake blow up lips. Cause most of time women who get botox once. Then they keep going back for more over time. In turn it starts 2 damage the skin making it look puffy are fake.

Hey, BJs are great, but a girl who thinks that's the only reason a guy would like her has issues.

Any body modification that looks fake is a turn off for me. Any girl who gets unnecessary facial or boob modification is a plastic, wannabe Barbie who will always be superficial and insecure. No thanks.

What enhances a women's natural beauty is nothing other than bathing and good hygiene, no hairy arm pits or legs too of course.

All of the make up and stuff just takes away from that, which some women get carried away with. In most cases it's not attractive.

As far as the whole lip thing, the first thing that comes to mind is something my buddy use to say a girl they had "Suck Doll Lips". I mean that is the first thing that comes to most men's minds I guess, I personally like to watch them leave or go, so I myself, I don't care what your lips look like.

In all actuality, it's all in how she carries herself that catches my eye. I find it the most attractive when a woman has self esteem, that isn't stuck up, is down to earth, and doesn't talk about other woman in a negative way.

In other words if you don't need to have it done, don't. Unless you want to send a message with the Suck Doll Lip point intended.

Anglo girls tend to have thin lips so I think it might but I have seen some grotesque pics.

Don't know what they'd feel like to kiss couldn't be all that natural feeling. To the best of my knowledge I don't know any girls who have done this.

depends how thick but often unnatarul turn off. my advice dont change any physical alterations only some makeup if you think it adds.
