Do you guys like lip fillers? If so, why?

Just wondering about guys, and also girls opinions, on lip fillers. I find the concept of altering your body to look unnatural strange, and I don't know why guys would like the look of fish lips as opposed to a natural face.
I have attached a photo of a 27 year old with lip fillers to get opinions on the look, if you do like it could you explain what you find attractive about it please

The simple fact of the matter is that, whether for better or worse, fair or unfair, men prefer naturally beautiful women over those who have had surgery done. This is because, unless the results of the surgery look completely 100% natural, it's very easy to spot someone who has had it, and when it stands out like that, most of the time, it tends to detract from the person's overall look.

I don't like it at all. I oppose any retouch upon the nature gift given appearance that we born with. I'm going to say it every time, i find everyone beautiful. We all born beautiful but every person in their own way. There is no need to go plastic. Let's embrace our natural beauty because pretty much our genetic are smart enough to know what they are creating.

I don't know anything about lip fillers, so I just assume they are larger than average lips. Don't really care either way to be honest. If they decide to do it because they believe it enhances their aesthetics, more power to them.

No, they look terrible. Naturally full lips are sexy and attractive but fake ones well they look fake, they look like they had a weird allergic reaction and by extension are unattractive.

I'm not fond of them, the concept of 'pouty lips' is generally appealing, suggesting a more youthful look, however I dislike cosmetic alterations like that usually.
