I like women with Thick Legs. If your fat is more likely to go to your legs then its actually Good Genetics. The reason being the fat is less likely to be in the Belly Area which is around the organs. A Wider Waistline is linked to many Health Problems.

It depends on how muscular they are. Too much cellulite is a turn off, but well-toned legs look good in those shorts. That photo isn't bad looking.
