4C. 4C hair is disrespectful. I try to moisturize it and style it, and it rarely ever does what I want it to do. It requires a whole lot of time, skill, and care and I don’t have those things. That’s why I relaxed my hair. It looks beautiful on other people, but my hair was just a struggle for me.

  I wouldn’t say that. I just took the time to get to know my hair. It’s a trail and error effort but you gotta be willing to keep on. It’s not an art and it’s really not that hard once you just understand what is best for you.
