Just wondering what are ways to Glow UP?

When Quarintines over I wanna glow up 😩does anyone have any tips how , also any tips on glowing up personality wise too?

Physical glow up:
• Exercise (not necessarily to lose weight, but to tone muscles)
• Eat healthy
• Drink plenty of water
• Spend at least 20 minutes in the sun every day
• Exfoliate your face once a week
• Get a good night’s sleep
Personality:
• Write down the things about your personality that you don’t like and make an effort to change them (you can also keep a diary and weite on it regularly, to understand yourself better)
• Get out of your comfort zone. Do something that you normally wouldn’t, maybe you’ll discover a new side of you that you didn’t know you had
• Smile more
• Always treat people in the way you would like to be treated

Yes love yourself and treat your body with respect. Anything negative that you feel your body will reveal that physically. So if you think you're ugly, your body is going to turn out ugly. But if you start thinking that you're beautiful, your body begins to change. Nutrition and exercise is all good too. But it's the matters of the soul that matters. Telling You by experience. Stop worrying about glowing up and all that nonsense just to please other people are trying to attract a guy if that's your main concern or trying to be popular and loved. You are loved. God made you the way you are right now, you have to learn to love and accept that part of yourself.

Depends what you mean. You'll have to be more specific because taken literally, all I can advise it to apply phosphorescent pigment with a non-UV blocking carrier and charge it in sunlight.

First tip is latisse. Seriously go to a local pharmacy and get it prescribed for you. It is changing my lashes an insane amount. I look so much prettier without makeup because of it. I also recommend investing in a solid skincare routine and actually doing it day and night. I would include a cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, cream, lip balm, and a facial massager ( like Joanna Czechs). I also recommend learning how to air dry your hair. No towel drying or touching it once you are out of the shower! Teeth whitening is a good thing to try too. I love the dentist syringes that you put in your retainer.

Hmmm this has to do with your skincare routine. I would recommend that you drink plenty of water, exercise at least 3 times a week and do a face mask at least once a week to see a difference in your skin. I’ve recently started using a new mask and a lot of my acne scars have gone away.

To glow up personality wise, it’s always a good idea to focus on loving yourself more each and every day and improving yourself, telling yourself positive affirmations. For example “ I am worthy”. “ I am loved”

I have been struggling with mental health for years and I’ve focused less on myself and more on what others thought of me.

Let this be the time that you focus on ONLY YOU because you matter and you can do this !!!

With a “glow up” especially when your younger it’s really just you still needing time to growing into your face/looks. While also taking better care of yourself physically, water, exercise etc. Some people aren’t “unattractive” they literally just look better with age. And as a person just trying to explore and learn your own truth, take your mental mold break it, see what you find and keep learning to add to it.

Glow up really just comes with puberty. It's finding your own style. Being comfortable in your skin. Just embracing who you are. There's nothing you can really do physically to speed it up.
