I switched to solid shampoo bars (from a local artisan) since a year and a half bc every over the counter conventional shampoo brand irritated my scalp and caused me hair loss (and it's better for the environment since i don't litter shampoo bottles every month anymore)
As for the conditioner i don't use it , but i do use a defining gel for my waves/curls, the "curl nectar" from the brand "les secret de loly" or a gel that i make myself with
aloe vera, argan oil, glycerin, walnut oil (i use it for my face too).
I use organix at the moment. I switch between the Argan oil line, the coconut curls line, and the kukui oil line. I've been meaning to try some of the Maui Moisture products though. At the moment though, I don't do the shopping for our family, and my dad doesn't really listen well to requests. Other brands that I'm interested in trying are Shea Moisture and Briogeo.
I usually use whatever is in the shower at the time, but if I am shopping and come across the ones I like, they are:
Herbal Essences Bourbon and manuka honey shampoo
Original Source Exotic fragrances shower gel
Original Source Coconut and Shea butter shower gel
I don't use conditioner, I only use shampoo.
Horses mane for the cheap stuff. Pantene pro-v for damaged hair. Let the conditioner soak in the hair for at least 2 minutes and use a gentle brush making sure it gets everywhere. If all else fails talk to a hair specialist to see if you have dry or oily hair, etc.

I enjoy the smell of Pure Blends Coco-Colada shampoo which is what I often use. If & when my hair needs a bit of moisturizing, I also have a bottle of Aveda Nutriplenish Light handy.
The brand doesn't matter but there's one that smells like Strawberries and whip cream. I looooove it
but what brand do you find this flavor?
@DizzyDesii... that looks delicious... is it edible?
@LEADFOOTboi i wouldn't try it but it smells so good
@DizzyDesii yeahhhhhh... i might get curious tho... in fact i am curious... but i think i'd try tasting the conditioner first cuz that stuff like looks and feels like yogurt...
I like Whole Blends. The water in my house has totally damaged my hair, so that brand helps a lot.
i'm using the Love Beauty and Planet Lavender and Argan Oil shampoo and conditioner because i have fine and frizzy hair. they smell amazing and make my hair smoother.
Ogx, usually the one for long hair, but I also have another ogx to change it up every now and then. I got the ogx for long hair and and ogx that smells like apples, at the moment.
I use lard rendered from fat left over from butching animals for food.
I use it as a deep conditioning. Works a thousands times better than store bought
i use Tressemme smooth and silky... i ain't got around to using conditioner, but i think i should
Currently, the cheapest brand at the dollar store but my hopes in the future are to be in place where I can comfortably afford 5 dollar brands
Whatever is on special and looks like it will smell nice when I have run out.
Amika is my favorite but RN I'm saving money and using tresemme :(
You poor ladies have it tough in this area.
I love Pantene. It's good toswitch every so often though.
I like just about any kind that makes my hair smooth
All-in-one body wash. I meander between one in a red bottle, a blue bottle, or a green bottle, depending on what's on sale...
If it says Shampoo and Conditioner I just get it. Only thing I dont use anymore if Head and Shoulders because it helps with Dandruff but also causes it as well.
Whatever they have a the dollar store. Always works fine.
Currently use a shampoo by nirvel and a conditioner which I bought from my hairdresser.
L'Oreal Paris, also a lot of my makeup is made by them too.
Simple... its a straight forward type no additives...
I honestly just buy whatever is on sale. Not picky at all about brands
I seldom use shampoo. My hair seems to be fine without it.
i've been using head and shoulders but doesn't seem to work for me 🧼🚿
Just me as a guy speaking I would use any Shampoo or Body Wash featuring a lathered up naked Girl
