Whether someone looks too thin or just thin—It all Basically comes down to bone size.
Modeling is NOT a job for large boned Women.
High fashion that the Modeling industry recruits specific body size for-has a set measurement. I think it something like 30/23/ 30 5 ft 10
Whether you will look thin or ILL , comes down to bone size. Not weight. Modeling does not care about weight. It cares about measurements.
As There is an over 20 pound variance in size , based on bone frame, two people of the exact same height and weight can look drastically different.
In other words, a small boned women at 5 ft 10 115 pounds will look thin. A large bones Woman at the same height/ weight will have rib cage elbows knees ankle bones poking through and look ill. She will be equivalent to the small boned Woman being 95 pounds. Both same weight and height with tremendously diff BMI.
Now bc the large bones woman too thin fur her frame, she is the right “ size” she will be accepted by the agency. Bc Modeling Ceres not for health but fashion
There are more than a few Morris in this bracket. Ideal dude and height for modeling wayyyyyy too thin for their bodies.
.. This normalizes the” poking bones look”. Not bc that is sought after originally , but bc it is the effect of a large boned person trying to acquire a 30/23/30 frame. I think eventually it dies become sought after look to normalize the fact it now exists and give incentive to stay there... But initially lost a consequence of.
In modeling, small boned Wimrn will always have competitive advantage. Once the boney look is in, the 115 small frame women can lose 20 pounds and become bony and now she is much smaller measurement wise than the large boned woman at 95 AND the small boned Women at 115.
Large boned Women basically have to be walking dead to get as small as a smallest side can be. I think those are the ones who die. Not bc they had a fear of fat but bc they were trying to stay competitive.
Smaller cranes can stars in lower weights bc they still have muscle tissue and some fat tissue to support their frame. Larger boned Women who go down to tiny sizes literally nothing but skin and bones. Literally.
But this is not really the norm either. Most Models seem to be just thinner than average but not too thin, still with some fat. The first model. She is thin but clearly has fat and muscle. She also Does not have the tiniest bone frame. So she’ll never be as small as a smaller model at her height. But she also is not that tall , so her bones are not huge.
I think most Models are just thin in a world where majority people have more weight than they need.. Not world. Country. In the world , many people starve. Uunintentionally.
Some look really ILL.
The second pic... 😐

A woman with a slim figure but still has enough healthy fat on her body such as puffy boobs or butt or muscles on her arms is attractive to me - I've met 90 pound ladies with muscles on their arms so they looked healthy - a woman who looks like her ideal weight is 160 from being 6 feet tall and having big bones but assumes the weight of a starving 110 pound girl is not attractive and unpleasant to look at.

🤢 Thats definitely not Healthy looking also in the industry the models are told not to drink water because it could make them bigger.
those are extreme cases
some actually looks naturally healthy and attractiveThe first and last are fine but the middle looks ill
I find them so fucking hot... they're so tiny and cute. I'd rather be skinny and be super fit than have curves.☺
The women are hired to be walking mannequins and sell not only the clothes but the vision that the designer has created. They are not hired to be sexy or intriguing to straight men.
No they look unattractive to me.
No I don't, too too skinny
I find it attractive but I also find other body types attractive too.
Um... I admire the dedication it takes to look like that. But I don't know if I would find it attractive lol. They kind of remind me of stick insects.
No boobs no butts... they look fucking HANGRY.
