hey, well if you wear it then definitely you will look gorgeous. But in my point it is all your call. What makes you feel comfortable, and second what gives you the confidence. A good dress choice which compliments your mood of the day, will give a positive effect in your work for the day. If you think that mini skirt will do the job, then go ahead.

Talking about Hoodies/sweatshirt, its a nice combination, very comfy and classy.

It depends on what you want others to think of you. I don't care what anyone wears, it's their choice. But some people judge others based upon their fashion choices. If you want to be perceived as classy or sophisticated, I wouldn't recommend it. If you want to be as carefree or approachable then go for it.
