Why? I've realized a long time ago that trying to change the mind of a proud hoe is a waste of time because they are prideful of their lustful behavior, their minds are warped to not care about their image in society and they are careless on how they are seen or treated, I don't know if they realize it's destructive towards themselves and even their future when they no longer find satisfaction in lust or when they are forced by society to mature and change, which usually happens when they age and no longer catch the attention they used too because they have aged out of their prime, that's when reality of their choices kick in, ill play your game tho, you can wear anything else that isn't revealing and still show your beauty, I think that's a valid reason, if people see your beauty but don't respect you as a fellow human and only sexualize you then you are receiving the bottom of the barrel when it comes to attention, you are an attractive woman and I'm sure you are smart but you are wasting your time and youth trying to please the wrong crowd.
I'm confident and comfortable in my sexuality and I love wearing my miniskirts and short dresses whether I choose to wear panties or not. I have long and toned legs and I love showing them off.
Fun fact: The mini skirt was "created" in post WWII Britain because govt taxed kids clothes at a lower rate than adults so women bought the kids smaller sizes and the rest is history!

HOWEVER, they make things called "skorts", and even if you don't wear skorts, you can always also just wear a pair of shorts underneath the skirt, in case you're worried but still want to look cute in a skirt.
Again though, it'd only defeat the purpose of the skirt, right? i mean, isn't the point of the skirt, to have it feel more free down there
I think that girls that feel the need to pull mini skirt down are one that are still very insecure and not sure if they look good enough to wear them. Maybe instead of judging them harshly. If you ever see someone doing that say "you look amazing"
Sorry, then. I fold. I don't bare my chest and ass but then cover my feet. To me that's something I'd only wear on the beach or boardwalk area. To each their own.
