Gold to me just looks too flashy and ironically cheap to me because most guys I've known who wear gold try to show off with it but it's always clearly fake gold. Silver looks clean and elegant. Looks great against tan skin too

I see what @Girlpower1010 is saying and I agree. The golden chains that we usually see around us are fake gold that screams fake. It’s not that whether I like them or not, I just prefer silver. If it was real gold and it was a delicate chain then I would change my mind for sure, but also I’m not willing to wear a chain on my neck that’s more than $200 even if I can afford it 🤷🏻‍♂️

It depends on your skin undertone, i personally love silver jewelry but gold complements me so much better and goes better with my wardrobe color palette

I would prefer for a man to wear no necklace. Jewelry in general doesn't look too good on men, in my opinion, with the exception of watches. I especially don't like to see earrings on men.

I agree about earrings! I try to keep it as simple as possible. I wear a delicate necklace, a delicate threaded bracelet and a watch.

For me silver looks the best (but that's just because I don't like gold in general) but yours looks extra good. I don't know it somehow goes with your hair and skin colour

Dosen't really matter to me. Does the chain have a pedant attached with it? If so, is it of some special significance? The relevance of it is what I prefer to know.

It has a St Christopher pendant that my grandma gave me 5 years ago and I’ve been wearing it ever since. I love my grandma and that’s why I love this chain.

I see! Maybe it’s because you’re used to it. I never wore gold in my life but my grandpa may he RIP used to wear a gold chain and he looked like a boss, I can only wish I’d be like him one day.
