I dont know you, but this is what I would say to someone who is mtf.

Shave your arms, get long hair and frame it around your face, makeup, try making your nose smaller and contouring so that your checks seeme smaller and cheekbones appear more (sorry if I'm not making sense, English isn't my first language and I'm not used to talking about makeup in English)

Mascara does a LOT and try fake eyelashes becuse those two does SO MUCH.

If you are really desperate try a face mask, they hide your masculine features.

Redder cheeks (on your face) and lips.
You want to emphasize your curves- increase/boost the bust line, minimize your waist, and accent your hips.
At the same time you want to get the shape of your leg right so wear heels and let people see your calves.
Smiling is considered open and friendly and probably feminine.
You also want to walk in a feminine manner. Ever see videos of wannabe models walking with macbook on their head and keeping it from falling off? Walk slowly and carefully; do not stomp.

When wearing shirts that show your shoulders or chest, put some highlighter on your collarbone and the part of your shoulder where it usually catches lights (I do that all the time) If you wear shorts, chose the high waist ones instead of the low waist, Use light pink lipstick and blend in the dark red ones to make it look natural, bleaching your eyebrows will also soften the features of your face (you gotta buy the bleach for EYEBROWS only and try not to burn yourself.) Wear clothes that fit your waist and legs (that means not too loose or too tight)

Cute dresses are seen as feminine and hair clips pastel colors or bright colors, a bright and happy attitude, but honestly if that’s not how you are naturally I don’t recommend it because then it will feel forced and it will become exhausting to keep acting in a way you’re not used to

You look more feminine by growing out your hair long and dressing feminine. More likely tighter clothes that accentuate your curves. it doesn't have to look slutty. But things like skirts, dresses, tightly fitted jeans.

At the end of the day feminism has more to do with how you act. Your behavior. I know some Trans Women who are more feminism than some of these Tom Boy or Sport Girls.

Trying to look a certain way sometimes really ain't easy and that's cool. Generally to look more feminine is in the clothes. Try wearing slick clothing that hugs your figure, for inspiration try reading some fashion magazines or even watching youtubers. Good luck
