How do I appear more feminine?

I'm a dark skinned tall black woman and I seem to be a lot taller than people around me. I have a slender from and a small chest. I have a very busy life so I can't walk around in dresses. What would you suggest would suit me, style and color wise

Don't sleep on midi skirts - hit right at your knee so the length is elongating. Pair with cute sandals or booties with a little heel. Wear your hair down and wavy, play up your makeup - a red lip looks bomb on us queens.

There's ways to grow your tits, if you want that.
Try more for-fitting clothes, stuff that also stretches.
I'm 6' 9" and have more than enough trouble finding clothes to fit me. My shoes are only about 6 years old and they've been falling apart for the last 2 years because I can't find or afford new ones in my size! THESE were $100 and they're just clod hoppers!! The same thing, now, is nearly $300!! I wanna WEAR THEM, NOT FRAME THEM!!
