A Girl Wearing a Sports Bra & Pants - Modest Dressing, or Immodest Dressing?

What/are there circumstances that would make it modest and or immodest? And I’m not talking about those sports bras that look like pirate patches, but one that covers their boobs; like the one in this picture.

May or may not be modest. But won't call it immodest either. The sports bra covers the boobs so I don't see an issue with it. If the perverts keep on staring at the woman, thats their problem and they are responsible for making the woman feel uncomfortable whereas she's just minding her own business and wore it just to be comfortable whilst working out or whatever other reason.

If the woman is wearing pants means it's not that hot, otherwise she'd be wearing shorts so I would think that she just wants to show off her chest or body. If it was summer and it was hot outside jogging in shorts and sports bra/top would look normal I suppose.

I do not think they are immodest. The last time I wore a sports bra and pants though was high school, I am too chubby for it now.

If a girl wears what the girl has on at a beach, I would be friends with her but
I wouldn't see her as a sex object, I take things serious and respect women
Maybe wear a sports bra and pants at home, maybe for the beach hard say
Now if I had a girl and she walked around at home wearing that I would be fine

No more or less modest than a bikini. Its not uncommon these days to see a girl out in a bra at a club these days. Its not modest, a girl wears a sports bra because she wants to be noticed and because she's confident enough with her body to do so.

I would say it depends on where she is going. Gym, jog, relaxing at home - modest.
Going out to dinner, shopping, have company over - immodest.
