Why do small eyes look good on White men but not Asian men?

I think you just picked a bad example for the Asian guy. It's not really the size of the eyes making the difference here, its how his eyes have more of an exagerated upward tilt and how his other bone structure is really thick/pronounced that makes him less attractive.
