How to fix ski jump nails?

so I have ski jump nails, not from biting and I've tried keeping them natural and acrylics. natural grows up and the acrylics (even when the nail artists point the tips down) grow up too. any tips?
I attached a picture incase anyone doesn't know the term

  then try using a lighter to heat up the glue you use and see if you can melt the glue so you can push them down
