Trimming toenails is part of good hygiene...
How often do you do it? And what instrument do you use? Scissors? Clippers? Something else?

I’ve been trying my whole life to understand toenail growth, and I can’t find the pattern, haha. They definitely grow slower than fingernails. But how slow? My toenails always catch me by surprise. Like I feel it before I see it, that they need to be cut. Usually it’ll either be at the gym when I’m doing work on the agility ladder and coming down on my toes a lot, or it’ll be when I play hockey, and I can feel my big toenail being pushed in by the inside of the toe of the skate boot. Sometimes it seems like only the big toenails grew and I barely need to cut the smaller toenails. I do it, but there’s not nearly so much need. Those big toenails go rogue on you sometimes though.
Oh, forgot to include, I just use standard toenail clippers, I cut them after I shower when they’re softened up.
I have someone else do it.

Clippers, carefully. I'm not saying I only have four toes because of poor trimming in the past, but I'm not ruling it out... 🤔🤪
I have these clippers that look like aa pair of pliers. It's not as easy as it used tobe.
''Good Hygiene'' --- says WHO? :D
I clip them whenever it doesn't feel right.
I cut mine in a v because I have ingrown toenail problems
Clippers once they poke a hole in my sock
