Am I okay to wear this outfit to work?

Question

So I’m heading back to work this week after nearly 3 months away and working from home. I was thinking of wearing this outfit on my first day back but a friend of mine told me it’s not really appropriate or suitable in a work environment. I work as a receptionist/administrator by the way. It’s mostly the pants I’m most concerned about as they shine quite a lot especially when under direct light. I don’t wear leather to lead anyone on or give anyone the wrong idea but it’s just the material I prefer wearing. There are no men other than the GP’s in my workplace and patients coming in and out.
