Am I overdressed for work?

Here is so more information about my work before you judge me! People say I dress like a CEO but I am only just the secretary haha

It totally depends on the company. It depends on how you are dressed compared to others at your company who have a similar position. If you are dressed a little better than everyone else, that's fine and normal. If there is a huge difference, then maybe you are over dressed. But then again, maybe nobody cares.

At most companies I worked for, almost everyone wore jeans, T-shirts, flannel shirts, etc. Some dressed a little more, and some dressed goth. I worked at one company where teh CEO and founder wore black leather jackets and had hair down to his ass.

No, people are underdressed. That is how I look at it anyway. I dress nice every single day no matter the location nor the occasion. I totally respect how well you dress because it stands out above all the basic folk who go out like they just got out of bed.

Keep doing what you're doing because you look fabulous and classy.

You aren't dressing as CEO as long as you aren't wearing suit. I don't think it is like CEO. Well yeah kinda like party dress of CEO though but it will work as secretary.

I think it depends on the type of company you work for. I see that outfit as being great for a lawyer or investment firm but perhaps too fancy for a contractors office. You definitely dress better than my staff

There is nothing wrong with dressing elegant for work. The dress is figure flattering and makes you look very attractive. From a bosses perspective, that is a very good quality for a secretary.
