Depends where you are working honestly... but don't get upset if and when you see men looking, your putting it out there for a reason I assume. If it is an office or professional environment then yeah, your a sexual harassments complaint ready to happen.
As a boss of over 40 people, there would be conversation about appropriate work retire in my office... but that does not mean I would not appreciate the cleavage. But I would not act on it, even though you are age appropriate for me.
If your a waitress, you should expect a increase in your tips and sums.
Nice pic, thanks for sharing.

Probably no.
Whether you want to accept it or not or you feel this is the way it should be or not the truth is most men would be viewing your cleavage showing in a sexual way. They'll be enticed... they'll be drawn to your chest and get enjoyment it is unprofessional and inappropriate.
That much skin of intimate areas should not be exposed at work.
If you are a bar tender or what not... there are some types of jobs that this is ok and normal but most jobs it is out of bounds and management would probably talk to you and you'd have complaints issued against you.
What is your job?
Depends on your career. Yoga instructor, gym instructor, pilates, stripper (no disrespect), bartender, waitress (depending on the place), etc- completely acceptable. Teacher, business woman (office setting), lawyer, doctor- probably not.
Hooters, yes
Offices of the 1st Denominational Conservative Christian Church, maybe... lol

A Womb with a VIEW!
Depends upon what you DO for a living...
and how it impacts your ability to do your job's duties.
Does the ancillary admiration & interest help or hinder?
If you DO choose, you have no Feminist #MeToo right to object
to an innate allure as long as it remains "within accepted societal bounds"Yeah it's fine. I mean... people are probably going to look. Not out of interest but because it's there. Moreso if you work behind a desk and sit lower than the people walking in.
But like, it doesn't seem over the top or anything. Looks fairly casual. It depends on the work you do. If you're working in an office or in a high dollar department store as a cashier, or a bank, I'd say not. I certainly wouldn't give a shit but places like that usually do. Casual jobs, especially where you're not confronted with vast lots of the general public, that'd be fine.
Wanna come over and help me clean out the basement, set up my instruments and recording gear and make a few tracks? As long as the job doesn't require protective clothing to avoid injury, infection, radiation, contamination, or other hazards, then yes, it's very much ok to show off half your boobs at work, especially if you are single, and there is someone you like there, and you want to grab their attention.
People need to stop demonizing bodies. It is inappropriate. Guys would focus on your boobs, rightly feel as if you are inviting them.
Well uumm... I would try to put on something that looks more sophisticated lol! Cause going to work with a pink/purplish tank top is not "work attire" XD
Maybe if you worked for a bail bonds, mechanic, boat shop, construction or tow truck company. Basically any place where you're just being ogled by a bunch of blue collar guys. Because neither the boss or anyone else will complain.
The tits are all out, so unless you work at Hooters or the sex industry, no it's not appropriate. Someone of her age, in her 40s or early 50s, should know better.
I wouldn't say so... This gives out way too many 'hanging out with friends at a pool and having a margarita' vibes. Not necessarily the stuff for work.
No, according to me this is very offensive for work..
as its too reveling.. sorry to say it dear but it is really..Well that's depends on the job I think. But let me know if you're in an office all day sitting at a desk I think that's fine. It's totally acceptable for women to be sleeveless like pretty much whenever so I'd say go for it
If you are working for home then yeah, mum was comfortable with whatever but would change tops depending if meetings required cameras on
No, not at all. Not only because it’s showing cleavage, but also because it’s sleeveless, which is seen as too casual in most work settings l.
No it's not you need to have more confidence and smile more how to make your eyes just Sparkle more beautiful
There will be people who see fault in it.
Personally, I see your work results being more important; where... if one's clothing causes much distraction ( :D ) a re-thinking may make sense. Not if her work is like welding and stuff like that. But otherwise I think she looks good.
Can barely see the outfit.
& friend where your work. Not trying to be rude or judgement, but what type or work are you talking about?
I would have to see the rest of the dress, but based upon that picture I would say no.
For what kind of work? If you're a waitress at a beach bar, sure. Or work in a surf shop, or the receptionist at a brothel. Then it looks awesome. For the church office, not so much.
