Tea tree essential oil is awesome at killing current acne. However depending on skin type it may or may not clog pores. Look at good carrier oils like apricot or sweet almond to mix it with. Tea tree oil is highly a phyto estrogen. Use it for two years on your face and your skin will thicken and at 45 you'll look 29 if you start soon enough. Also truth be told, I use the standard original Neutrogena cleansing bar. The gold glycerin bar. Not the acne version of it. Works better than the liquid pump version. Also just by accident I discovered to get rid quickly of a problematic pimple, ,,,, alcohols are not all the same. Apparently a cheap American or Canadian blended whisky oddly does some magic when holding a cap full of it over your pimple for a minute,,,, for me the next day its gone. Rubbing alcohol for some reason is not the same. And for goodness sake, don't listen to doctors who say don't squeeze a pimple. Absolutely you want to squeeze that puss out. Then treat. The Neutrogena bar ,, take your time and absolutely spend up to three minutes applying. One minute nothing, 3 minutes reap the benefits. Sensitive skin. Immediately apply pure aloe vera. The Neutrogena bar will tighten your pores so much that it may feel a burning sensensation like being in the sun. But its not a burn. Just sucking your skin tight.. Use your favorite moisturizer immediately following or aloe vera. Im transgender not on hormones. People ask me how is it possible that I look 15 to 20 years younger than my age. Understanding a bit of science verses costly name brand products will garner you perfect skin from Walmart. 1.87 for the bar. Generic apricot exfoliate is essential.. A bottle of whiskey. Essential Tea tree and essential lavender oil. Its fun and inexpensive. Also essential fennel oil. Im just a common sensible practical user laughing at the costly names that you can do yourself for dollars. Lastly the biggest secret ever. Shaving your face like a man does not promote hair growth. Myth. Why men age better is because they're constantly exfoliating their skin with a razor. Call me crazy, but not, use a sensitive razor on the most delicate portions of your face. Ridding dead skin off your face is essential. Especially days before your untimely out breaks. I remember when Saint Ives made a clear face mask that could be peeled off. 5 bucks a bottle. It was heavenly. Let me know how it all works out

Cut sugar from your diet, avoid starchy carbs, go organic, and start using Murad Acne Solutions for your skin. Skin health starts from the inside, out.
Murad Skincare Serum can be $75 or more for an ounce but it works and when you discontinue use your acne doesn't worsen. But it is pricey and I don't know what your budget is. Make sure your face is always moisturized, hydrated (drinking lots of water), and only exfoliate once a week, pat drying NOT rubbing. Avoid the use of alcohol on the skin because it's an irritant. And use sunscreen outdoors.
Lastly, if you have a bad habit of putting your hands on your face 🤦♀️ try to force yourself to stop doing that. Your hands are easily the dirtiest place on your body aside from your mouth so any germs from surfaces can be easily transferred to the skin and clog hair follicles thus causing break outs.
If all holistic approaches have been exhausted then visit your local dermatologist to get a better understanding of the cause for your acne so you can prevent breakouts in the future.
Great Question! Hope this helps. And do not squeeze your pimples. That increases scarring and destroys the skin epidermis layer I think and spreads the infection to other pores thus creating more acne. I've battled with cystic acne as a kid not realizing that just changing my diet made a difference. Plus add in a great skincare regime and the skin can be luminous. ✨

I tried cutting sugar and it didn't work,
What worked for me was cutting meat out of diet on week days.
I only have meat on the weekends and I only have beef no more than twice a month (usually only once at most).
But changing your diet and also retinol cleared the fuck out of my skin as well. That really depends on what kind of acne you have. Cystic, fungal, comedones? Lots of whiteheads or blackheads? Or just sebaceous filaments that you're mistaking as acne/blackheads? My recommendation would be for you to research what kind of acne it is that you have, look up pictures, compare them to your skin. Then I'd recommend that you look up Hyram on Youtube, he's a skincare guru and had lots of videos on how to take care of your skin.
Clean your skin daily before you go to bed and in the morning. Keep a minimal skincare routine less is more. Wear SPF daily. See a dermatologist and a facialist.
You need to see a dermatologist.
