How do you get rid of acne on your back/shoulders?

Have you ever had it? How did you get rid of it? Do you judge those who have it?

Its something that I struggle with and as a result, Im afraid of taking my clothes off infront of anyone.

I got it when i ate a lot of junk food and candy, especially chocolate. So stay of it. From time to time is always okay ofcourse! Using a different kind of soap is also recommended. One that works with your skin. It all depends if it is normal, dry, hard (hopefully not the cause), soft, smooth, etc. Else see a doctor.

Oh Lord, see a Dermatologist. You probably ned an Rx body scrub, an Rx cream, and an antibiotic. In the meantime, get a long handled back brush and scrub it everyday in the shower with some non prescription acne remedy.

Thats not me. Mine isn't as bad as it used to be its cleared up almost on one side but not the other shoulder.

There're was this soap I accidentally discovered when I had minor back acne... the brand's called Herbivore and it's the "Pink Clay" bar soap. You can find it at Sephora or indigo/chapters for $10

What’s your type of skin? (Sensitive, normal, dry, or combination-between oily and dry. Or oily)

I have it >~< been trying to get rid of it for years... Clinique sparkle sugar scrub stuff sometimes helps by exfoliating the skin...

Try sulfur soap (i use this one Joesoef-Anti-Acne) It works good for me but be sure to use lotion/ be cautious. If it effects you cosmetically or harms you, consider reaching out to a dermatologist. Accutane can have nasty side effects and i'd consider it a last resort, but again in my opinion contact a dermatologist.

Visit a doctor. Such parts of the body are hard to watch and treat. You will visit them once a week and get ointments, pills and maybe something else, until it's gone.

Sun really helps it. Don’t use any harsh soaps on it just use non scented basic soap

If you have it that bad. Lose dose accutane, 20mg per day, for 6-8months.

Being exposed to the sun helps a lot. Making sure changing sheets and shirts is important too.
