what’s the best face wash / does rubbing ice on your face actually get rid of it?

I don’t know anything about rubbing ice on your face, I’m not sure if it’ll do much aside from reducing puffiness or some inflammation.

3 face washes I can recommend are:

1) panoxyl, it’s a benzoyl peroxide cleanser which is good for killing bacteria so it’ll clear up acne if that’s the cause. Just make sure to leave the cleanser on for at least 2 minutes before washing it off.
2) some kind of anti dandruff shampoo, if your acne is caused by a fungal infection instead of bacteria, anti dandruff shampoo should help clear it up. I think a popular one is nizoral, it can be drying. Just leave it on ur face for 30 seconds before washing off.
3) la roche posay, I’ve tried one of their cleansers and love it. I don’t know how it’ll do on actively clearing up your acne but they have some good simple staple cleansers and it’s fungal acne safe

If you want to get rid of acne scars/hyperpigmentation, some serum with Nacinamide or vitamin c would be helpful.

It worked on me but there is a possibility that it won't work on others. White toothpaste and baby powder made my acne disappear. Creams never helped. It doesn't necessarily mean it will work on you though.

I literally take showers every other day because I heard taken showers daily is bad for your skin I still got acine scars on my face
