How do I get rid of acne scars?

Guys, I have problem with acne scars. My current skin care routine is salyclic acid fash wash in the morning. Sunscreen in the afternoon. And fash wash again the evening followed by ninacinamide serum before bed. My diet is carb + eggs + vegetables. I workout 5 days/ week. What should i do extra to get rid of acne scars, blemishes or dark spots.

It’s great that you’re using salicylic acid! Dermabrasion/microdermabrasion therapy may help depending on how deep the scarring is as well as blue/red light therapy for inflammation.
Retinoic acid and glycolic can also be super useful in reducing scarring and hyperpigmentation!

you should do both physical and chemical exfoliation… I’m no dermatologist but that’s what I know works for people I know who suffer from acne

physical exfoliation is when you physically remove dead skin cells and gunk from your face with a face scrub or brush

Cut the carbs and eat protein for a start.

Acne scars if they are not too deep can be fixed with cocoa butter cream nightly.
