I was 12 or 13, and I didn't need to be taught. It was pretty straightforward, and in those early years, the hair wasn't very thick and was easy to shave. It gets thicker and tougher to shave as you get older - by 15 or so, it was like it is now.
I was like 12? I think but I taught myself lol my parents never talked to me about such things so I had to buy the razors at the store with a friend or watch YouTube myself to learn
No idea, really, whenever I got facial hair. I'm blondish, so I got away with not shaving for quite a while, even though I had a razer (that my mom probably bought me, getting a similar one that my dad had) I guess 16/17 when I did it regularly. I still only shave every few weeks, mostly tweaking my mustache and such, but since quarantine, I also don't care much.
I'm looking at the other answers from guys and seeing how many dads taught them. I feel cheated! 😉 No one taught me how to shave. I just watched shaving cream commercials and took it from there.

I shaved for the first time when I was 18 I had a peach fuzz mustache and soul patch. I didn’t officially start shaving until about 2 years later and even then only every other day at the most. Now even being close to 50 I still only shave every other day. Maybe that’s why everyone thinks I’m way younger than I really am

I was in 10th grade, so probably 15 or 16. I had this peach fuzz for a while beforehand but my dad kept telling me that once I start I'm basically going to have to keep doing it. He was right, but facial hair definitely looks a lot better on me now than it did when I was a teen
I was about 12. Nobody taught me. I just told my mom one day that I wanted to start shaving my legs and she said, "Go ahead." Had my sister get me a razor and off I went.
I tried shaving with a blade but it stung and I got pimples from it. I was 18-years-old. After that, I shaved with an electric razor and had no issues. No one taught me.
At around 12 my mum tried to show me how to use the epilator decide which was torture coz I'm half Yeti. Tried it around 6 times and have up so I've been going to the waxing lady ever since.
I was 18 actually. I always wanted my dad to teach me. But i got a care package from Gillette with a razor, a small can of shaving gel and instruction booklet on how to shave. That was my first birthday gift.

I was 13, and my mom taught me how to shave my legs and armpits. My friends and I learned to shave our pussies together at a sleepover.

i was 12 i think and i just sort of figured it out on my own and then i talked my sister about it which helped

10, I hit puberty at 9, and armpit hair came in quick!
Must've been around 10. I stole cheap razors from my mom and taught myself through old-fashioned trial and error.

Maybe 14 or 15? Nobody taught me, I just figured it out for myself, mostly because I started with my legs and not my face
I was in 5th grade, so probably 10-11 years old. Nobody taught me, but my mom did get my sisters and I a 2 piece razor 🪒 . Just to be careful.
I was 10/11/12 and learned on my own my mom was against me shaving.

I was 12. And no one taught me. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that one. Lol.
Me too. Taught by shaving commercials!
I started in middle school but didn’t do it often then. Google and YouTube taught me lol
Oh for me it's not very old, about a year ago and a friend showed me🙂
