Wow you got a lot of votes on this one. Interesting.
My short answer is no, I don't like guys wearing pink.
But it's a bit complicated, when I think about in detail.
I prefer guys in bolder, deeper colours generally. But a pastel is alright once in a while (blue is the world's favourite colour, and whether light or dark, I like both, on both sexes.) But Easter-y colours... no. I rarely like them. I find they are very location/product-specific.
The exception might be a man going to a wedding and wearing a soft pink dress shirt underneath a suit. I keep going back to this idea. It would seem very appropriate, and I might even like it. Not because of the colour itself or how he looks in it, but because it sends a message something like, "I know this is your wedding, and I am here to celebrate it with you. I know it's a time of romance, and I like and support that."
Also, I think about how pink light (bulbs) is the most flattering, for all skin types, all nationalities. Sometimes you will even notice it bouncing back up into the person's face, creating a very pleasing glow. It is neither yellow nor blue. Almost no skin looks bad, lit by pink bulbs in an interior space, at night.
Then there's the historical bent - King Louis XIV loved pink. He was as loaded as they come, very extravagant, and monarchs (the old celebrities of the day) certainly had the power to influence culture. As much of a brat as he was in many ways, he, for a while, did sort of make it into a male colour.
Then there was Jackie-O, Jackie Kennedy, a style icon of her day. They all loved pink.
Pink is a flattering colour on me and I buy it from time to time. It certainly makes a personal look friendly and approachable, like they are in a good, affable mood.
But even with all that, no, I don't like it on men, pretty much ever. I like what it says about them, that they are bold enough to not be so stereotypically hyper-masculine. But I really like men and women to be different, so this is one colour I never like to be crossed over.
I cannot ignore the fact that most little girls love pink, and want to be surrounded by it for their first few years.
Interestingly, red is the colour all human babies see first. That end of the light spectrum is very potent.
Was watching some of the recent HBO Tiger Woods documentary a couple days ago. His father got him onto the red shirt on the finale day, thing. His father was a master manipulator... er, I mean strategizer.
Oh wow! You have a strong opinion on color pink lmao. I actually agree with most of what you said. I never really liked wearing pink. My only exception is the T-shirt in the picture and one pink Ralph Lauren button down shirt. If it’s Ralph Lauren, it’s gotta be pink. Lol. But yeah, I get what you’re saying
Heh heh. Yeah. I've been pondering it in the back of my mind for a couple of days.
This topic combines some of my favourite things - colour, light, and fashion.
Forgot to say, in that shirt you look either French, or like an Italian Gondolier, lol. I will expect a full report on Venice, by tomorrow mid-day.

Lmao I actually do. I would happy to be a gondolier actually. It’s a good workout, good sun, and you get to meet cool people from all around the world. I’m in!
Whatever they want to wear, they can wear.
It's just a colour. I don't find it attractive because of it.
Just like I don't find a shirt attractive if it's blue. It's just a colour.
Wearing pink can make it look fresh and I think it goes well for a lot of people.
Wear whatever you want. What's attractive is being secure and comfortable in your own skin.
True! Thanks for sharing
Way to femalish for me like my men looking a little rugged to be honest. I was is Seattle at a bar it was an up scale bar seen a guy wearing capris 😝. I busted out laughing I made up something about remembering something. He was all girly looking I couldn’t handle it had to change seats with my friend.
Capris is taking it way too far lol.
Yeah I thought the same thing seeing him wearing them 😂 🤣
I like it because is normally considered a feminine color. Not because I think it makes a man more feminine, but because if I see a man wearing pink, I know he doesn't care about constantly being hyper masculine. He's comfortable with himself (At least in that regard) and doesn't feel like he constantly has to prove that he's in fact manly.
True! Those who wear pink and are straight should be applauded lol
I actually get slightly "turned on" by boys who wear pink!! Because, it just shows that they are really fun, and just shows that you can trust them (in my opinion, it's hard to explain, but it just makes my trust for them more)! 🤗🤗🤗😇😇😇 And plus, my favorite color is pink, so, why would I not like boys wearing pink? It's the best thing ever!! 💖💖💖💖
That’s awesome! It’s a good color, warm and cheerful.
My husband likes to wear pink sometimes because he thinks it's ironically funny. I think that a lot of guys who wear pink do it because of that (and not because they're not masculine)
They do it because it’s funny? I don’t think I do that lol. I mean I don’t really wear pink all that much. But today I did and that inspired the question.
I think they’d look good if they had a tan and a good body
Yes! Summer essentials
Depends on the pink. If it does not affect his masculinity it looks pretty cool. Just like your t-shirt.
Cool, thank you! Yea I try to stick to darker pinks if I were the color.
Not a fan. Not because it's "too feminine", but because I don't like pink in general, it's one of my least favorite colors.
I see! What’s your favorite color?
Black and green :)
It looks good, so long as it is not too bright. But then I am personally not a fan of any bright colours.
I agree, I’m not either!
My husband owns several pink T Shirts, Shirts and at least one pink pullover, and he always looks extremely attractive whilst wearing them.
Cool!
I have a pink tie too. Never wrong with a navy blue suit.
I don't mind guys that wear pink. I think it looks bomb against some skin colors.
Like what skin colors? Mine is olive I think
Olive, tan, chocolate complexions look best in pink.
Hallelujah! 🙌🏼
lmao
