Kind of tight. Like this (from my 20s, but my style hasn't changed much since then):

It was at a bar with my friends and I hate getting my picture taken so I flashed the dong but I censored it.

Actually, I might look kind of stupid in that pic. I don't flash my dong when people take my picture these days. I was just sort of camera-shy back then and so I'd resist having my photo taken but then if they insisted, I'd do that.
