I would use the sleeves from the first one on the second dress. I like the color of the second dress better. The first one is too muted though the second one could be a little more of a pastel pink as it is a bit bright.

I don’t really like poofy shoulders… The first one’s shoulders aren’t that exaggerated so it’s OK. Other than that the rest of the dress looks nice. The cut is good, the length is fine, the color is a nice pastel pink, and it seems to flow well. The second dress is gaudy. It has huge poofy shoulders that wrap down the arms and it is a very bright neon pink. It is loud. The shape is also rough and wrinkly.
