It's conservative and you can also wear it in church.
It's conservative but just too fancy to wear it in church.
That dress isn't even conservative.

Some European churches I've visited as a tourist wouldn't allow it due to bare shoulders.
it's not all that conservative. It's "culturally conservative" on the sense of being traditionally feminine and it's not a body con club dress but it's actually a relatively informal - just not ultra sexed up - dress.
Depends on your church. If they frown on open shoulders, just throw a shawl over it. If they don't, you're fine.
Add a blazer on top and you can wear it to church. When I still went to church the main rule was cover arms and cover knees.
Add a light cardigan on top or something to hide your shoulders a little and it'll be perfect for church!

It depends on ur church.
Look around and see if other people are wearing similar formality or similar skin-showy outfits. If so then it's fine. If not then it might be fine, try asking an elder or something if ur really concerned. they suppsoed to know the rules right?
It's fine. Wear what you want and ignore the haters. No matter what you do, there will be people who will criticize you for it. If that's your church, maybe find one that's more accepting.
I see these types of dresses in Church all the time. It looks if you add the right accessories you could use it for a special occasion.
Typically you wouldn't show your shoulders at church. Dress is fine otherwise nor is it fancy... seems casual.
Looks cute, you can always throw on a pair of tights underneath to be sure it’s ok.
Nice casual dress. Forego the church brainwashing and go have fun with the day.
If you have to ask about the dress, it likely wouldn't be ok
That’s fine for church
You'd be fine at any of the churches I've been in.
Maybe wear a blazer with it.
Yes to both questions.
