Both look good I am in a phase where I love hair because I'm old now. So I say with longer hair is best but it depends on how you like to be viewed. Long hair is more soft look and short hair is more bold mature look. Long makes you look young short makes you look older. A mix of the two might work best be depends on who you date.

Long hair frames your face better I think. You have very sharp features and your hair balances that out
