Is this a good outfit for interview?

I’m not the beautiful lady in the picture, however the outfit she is wearing is what I’m
Thinking of wearing for my interview on Wednesday? What do you think?

First of all you are way more beautiful than this lady, which is not to say she's ugly or anything. As for the outfit will it depends on how it looks on you as you have a slimmer body I think you can rock it if you wanted to for sure but it's hard to picture based on this alone

it’s being semi formal, also making sure not too restrictive or too much for weather.

Dresses and skirts that length are ideal.

Um it depends what field of work are you having an interview for. If it’s more low key and casual jobs, sure… but I would add a more formal type of skirt like pencil skirt or have the skirt be black or blue.

Everything is fine there except the shoes. Open toed shoes are inappropriate work attire (not to mention kinda gross, unless you have a foot fetish). An outfit like that is fine for work or an interview.

I think all but the jacket. You're going brown from head to toe. Black is a different look. Depending on what kind of job it is, lighten up the top but stay in the color spectrum with something yellowish or something in that color range.

Depends on the type of job you are applying for, in some instances slacks may be more appropriate.

I think it would work better with smaller bodies (speaking as someone plus sized), but fashion aside it should be alright (depending on the job).
