This looks horrible. I would never hire you like that. It looks like you just jumped right out of bed and didn't put any effort in yourself. Thats actually very disrespectful.

Wear a damn blazer, a buttoned up shirt and some tighter pants or a skirt and put your hair up.

Depends on the place. I generally say you can be dressed equivalent to workplace or one step up and be ok. Under is bad.
this looks a touch on the sloppy side changing the pants would probably be a good start. Go to something a little more crisp and not so relaxed looking.

The pieces you picked work well, but you just need a little better fit. The pants need to be brought in, and the sweater needs to be longer to match or just extend a hair past the blouse. Or, substitute a loose scarf for the sweater, or layered.  Scarf added on top - - - - - - - - or layered between a shirt and a sweater.

I’m not sure. I would probably go with something a little more business, even if the job itself is taking care of little people. But I could be wrong.

It’s fine but it’s a bit casual. Can you replace the top and cardigan with maybe a black fitted turtleneck and a blazer? If you can then the pants can stay. Shoes I might change to ankle boots but the interviewer might not even notice those
