I feel comfortable in this dress, I just think it may be too casual.

Depends on the party, but likely if a dress is implicit or explicit attire, yes. Look, no one is going to send you home or make the slightest implication that is anything other than lovely.
However, since you asked, and clearly sensed it on your own already, it’s the pattern that’s informs and nothing else. An evening out for drinks, or any night that a dress isn’t required…
It’s as simple as this, is camouflage a conventional formal wear pattern? If you’re at the red carpet event, maybe, but otherwise, you’re so lovely, you could wear the most ordinary and conventional dress at the party and I’m sure you’d still catch eyes all night.
There is no one in this picture.. Hahaha.. What kind of party are you wearing this to? The opinion on a particular dress depends on the occasion you're wearing it to. For example, the previous dress would be fine if it was a posh event, but might be too revealing for a kid's birthday party or a night out with a family. I guess.
You mean the red one? I thought that was pretty good on you. Camouflage honestly is way too casual for a night out drinking. Sends the wrong message. You should feel good about yourself in that other dress. You look good in it and you carry it very nicely. I'd look twice if I had seen you in it. 😊
And your confidence may not be "there yet", however, if you keep minding how to best accentuate your lovely natural features and feminine shape, it will inevitably be "there" soon. Looking as you will wherever you choose, will surely provide you all of the attention deserved and due to quickly boost any confidence in your physical form that you could possibly lack, though I'm not quite sure how you haven't been admired appropriately already. Anytime you'd like a second opinion, or simply to feel attractive and a pleasure in noticing, don't hesitate to reach out, I'll always feel flatered that you'd appreiats my attention.

What kind of party? It might be the pattern that makes it more “casual”. Depends on type of party

Backyard bbq sure. Black tie affair uhhhhh no. Somewhere in the middle of those two your milage may vary.
Much would depend what kind of party you're going to
Depends on the party
Such as for a wedding it probably would be
But a birthday or something it should be fine unless it's in a really posh venue
what type of party? casual with friends? work with bosses? invited as a date to the party so won't be knowing many people there?
It's perfect for a causal party. If it's outdoors it may blend in with the foliage.
Good strategy in case it's boring. 🥱
It's to casual if the party is in the woods. I like it do you want to go camping?
A camouflage dress isn't very attractive. But I would bone you.
You could wear that its cute and looks super cute on you
You look fab in the camo dress.

Looks fine !! Suits you perfectly.
Depends on the type of party.
Not if it's a casual party.
