In my opinion never... body piercings are make me feel queasy. Ear rings are fine, and a singular nose ring might be ok, but anything like a tongue piercing is a major turn off.

There is no perfect age. I used to have my tongue pierced and it caused issues with my teeth.

When I did have it pierced, I made the mistake of wearing it when I went to see my dentist. Now there are piercings that are very sexy. Although a pierced tongue does say that they are very oral and like to use their tongue.
