How can I make it up to her?

There's a girl living on the floor above me who always wears crop tops so her midriff is never covered. Every time I see her, I compliment her for her belly button, but one day she told me "Don't you have other things to talk about than my belly button?" and has never ever spoken to me since. What should I do?

Just leave her alone for now dude lol or at least let things air out. Not to make you feel bad but that was just weird, like you don’t know eachother except for in passing and you’re always complimenting her belly button. You make it clear that you are observing her body and that’s far from comfortable. When you get a chance to talk to her then just apologize and leave it at that. Maybe further down the road you can have a REGULAR convo. Leave her body far out of it.
