Well, it depends on their lifestyle and personal tastes.

Personally, I own 5, a black pair, white, light blue, medium blue and light-ish grey.

All the designs are basic, no fancy patterns or designer or anything like that on them.

I prefer my jeans to be different enough to each other in terms of the way they look, like because I have black jeans and medium blue, I don't see the point of buying navy blue, because it's going to be too similar to one of the two, like it's okay to have similar colours when it comes to t-shirts, because they're really cheap anyway, but I don't do that so much for jeans, although joggers may be an exception, like as long as they look different enough, it's fine.

lol, the good thing about not growing past the age of 12 is that you can still wear the jeans you had from a decade ago. i have way past 7 jeans. rough estimate is probably somewhere around 30. and yet i still wear the same 6 pairs of jeans every week. i also grow attached to my things. like, my mom wanted me to donate some and that's a great thing but i was like, no, not those ones. i wore those when we went on vacation two years ago. or oh no, my grandma gave me those for my 14th birthday. or oh no, i wore those pants while i was writing a super difficult exam and got a 90 on it, so they must be lucky jeans. and damn jeans really make the derriere look good.

More than 30 but I don't know how many exactly maybe around 40.
I don't wear them much honestly I only wear dress, skirt, shorts nowadays.
I guess people should have around 20 jeans to keep things interesting and not always wearing the same boring stuff.

Hmm I have
-one light blue one with rips in it
-one dark blue skinny one
-one black skinny one
-one light blue skinny one
-one white skinny one
-one dark blue flared bottom ones

So 6 in total.

I really think everyone should just really have 1 good pair of dark blue jeans and 1 good pair of black jeans 🤷🏽‍♀️ and 2 for work (if need be).

I’m a jeans girl. More than 7. Some in almost every style, men’s, straight leg, skinny.. (always mid, dislike high-waist). Cool in summer, warm in winter. Protective (just not on motorcycles) and comfy. Love jeans.

Depends on who you are and what kind of jeans. It's silly to have several of the same pair in my opinion, I personally have different styles and colours to choose from, but only one of each.
