A: High heels Did you know that high heels are bad for your feet in the long run? If you want heels pick at least 2 inches or less. B: Push up bras Push up bras are very uncomfortable, women are willing to sacrifice comfort for beauty to boost confidence and to attract guys. I tried a push up bra once at Victoria Secret’s. I waited for 7 minutes and that’s when I felt discomfort and some pain, never buying that ever. C- Makeup I will never understand why women and girls be able to spend more than 15 minutes putting on makeup. I find it troublesome, putting it on and taking it off takes time. I am one of those ladies who is willing to put comfort first rather than sacrifice pain for beauty. I love wearing sandals with a pair of graphic tee and denim shorts or skirt. I know I won’t attract guys if I don’t do these three things but I did it for myself. As long as I’m happy that’s all that matters. I don’t impress people whom I don’t know at all
