C- Makeup
I will never understand why women and girls be able to spend more than 15 minutes putting on makeup. I find it troublesome, putting it on and taking it off takes time. I am one of those ladies who is willing to put comfort first rather than sacrifice pain for beauty. I love wearing sandals with a pair of graphic tee and denim shorts or skirt. I know I won’t attract guys if I don’t do these three things but I did it for myself. As long as I’m happy that’s all that matters. I don’t impress people whom I don’t know at all

Am I the only one who don’t understand why other girls or women will wear these?
High heels.. because they like them. The ones they pick look super cute with particular outfits. Some like dressing up. "High heels are bad for your feet in the long run". That can be said about a lot of things. Do you eat fast food? Are you on a super clean healthy diet? Do you drink? Smoke? Neglect water intake? Lie? Run? A lot of those can be bad in the long run, but people still do them.
Push up bras. Some are, some aren't. I rarely ever wear bras, but when i do I'm not uncomfortable the whole time i wear them. So if I wear a push up bra with a specific outfit, I don't feel super uncomfortable the whole time I'm wearing it. I adjust. Clothes in general are pretty uncomfortable for me, but i still wear them.
Makeup, plenty of people spend more than 15 minutes on getting ready. More than 15 minutes to style or dye your hair. 15 minutes to shave and shower. 15 minutes to get dressed. Why criticize putting on makeup specifically? " I know I won’t attract guys if I don’t do these three things but I did it for myself" i don't either and I still attract men. "As long as im happy that's all that matters " Same for the people wearing the heels, pushup bras, and makeup that you don't approve of. It's narrow minded to assume people who wear high heels, makeup, and pushup bras are doing it to impress people. They wear them because they like it. Just like you and your sandals (which i personally find uncomfortable) and graphic tees. If i misunderstood what you were saying then my apologies.
I appreciate your advices and your point view. But I think at the end people should live like how they want to live, if wearing bras make her happy, she can wears. If putting make up changes her mood to the better so why not? If wearing heels make her happier so why not? I understand the bra and heels part. But the make up? It doesn’t causes any harm. People are free to do whatever they want. NOTE: not all girls do it for men, I personally do these things because I like it. again it’s NOT FOR MEN. It’s for OURSELVES.
People aren’t you , you aren’t people. Just because you hate make up, make up doesn’t change your mood. Some girls love it , we aren’t all the same you know. And we shouldn’t be bothered just because someone is different from. If we are all the same then how boring this world would be !
Heels tend to make them taller and make their legs look longer and "shapely". I don't mind a girl wearing heels but, I really don''t pay attention to it so, don't wear heels! see if I care. In some cases, I think flats are even nicer looking! My ex-fiance never wore heels and she was only 5' 3"! Perfectly fine with me! In fact, none of the girls I was seeing or was interested in wore heels. Push-ups are just to make your tits appear bigger which is kind of stupid because, when you get home with the guy that was attracted to those tits punching you in the chin and you drop `em, he's gonna want to know where they hell they went! If that's what got his interest up, and you ain't got `em, anymore, you might lose him! But, on the same token, who really wants a guy that plastic? My ex-hated wearing bras of any kind and never did, except on work nights twice a week. The only make-up she ever wore was a dark red lipstick. Perfectly fine with me but, I really didn't care if she wore lipstick, either! It was her choice, not mine. When I go to bed with a girl, I wanna see HER, NOT her war paint! I seriously doubt I'll complain if she WANTS to wear all that goop but, I think I'd prefer none at all or, at least nothing more than lipstick and a bit of eyeliner. Shadow and rouge are okay but, not exactly needed. I'd prefer to be in love with HER, NOT her make-up case.
Some women will go to great lengths to appear beautiful. These are all very common and so are surgical modifications. I have often heard the phrase "Beauty is pain". Personally, I don't like the high maintenance type. I prefer someone who is able to be more relaxed and comfortable with who they are.
Only heels I worry about are keeping mine down when riding horses, dressage or hunter jumper. I’m more into support than pushing anything up. Make-up for special occasions and not overkill. Just my own likes. Everyone is different.
I love heels. They keep my legs toned and ankles strong.
Pushup bras... I like a little padding so nothing shows through my tops by accident. A little support is comfy. I don't get the point of those underwire bras with a thin piece of satin to cover the breast.
I wear a minimal amount of make up and it takes me 10 or 15 minutes to put it on because I don't want to look like I have a face full of heavy make up. It's the difference of scribbling with a large marker or taking time to draw something pretty with a fine pencil.
I like all of the above. You will never see me in pj's at the grocery store or even putting out the trash (especially without a bra).
I never even bothered with most of that stuff, except for wearing makeup on the very rare occasion (I actually haven't worn it at all in 2 years now). I'm already a bit taller than average as it is, so I never saw the need for heels (not to mention they look like a painfully rolled ankle waiting to happen), hate any bras with wires in them and refuse to wear them, regardless of whether or not they make me look better (plus I am already larger chested as it is and don't want to draw attention to it or make it look bigger), and also think makeup is a hassle, plus it's harder on my skin and doesn't really make me look any better in my opinion.
i'm really short but i like flats instead of heels (sometimes i have to wear heels tho)
i wear push-up bras and i've never had any trouble with them being uncomfortable. Victoria's Secret makes crap but grls think it's the greatest lingerie for some reason
i can take 2 hours to do my makeup or i can do it in 5 minutes when i need to
everyone is different, it would be a crap world where everyone had to conform.
A lot of it is self confidence dressing.
Also cultures and countries have different fashion and history of fashion.
often those countries without a few generations of fashion, don’t tend to be overly fashion conscious.

Heels I don’t understand either. I have this thing where I like being as small as possible so wearing heels to make me taller is not something I’ll ever do I can never be bothered with makeup. I’m not the best with it and it takes too much effort. I’d rather be natural. Push up bras are a must for me. I have basically non existent boobs so wearing a normal bra looks ridiculous as all you see is bra and like a flat chest lol. Wearing a push up gives me something at least
High heels make the legs look amazing, 3 to 4 inches heel is amazing. Of course I don't advise anyone to wear them often but from time to time it's very nice. Push up bras are silly to me but can create nice cleavage not gonna lie. Makeup can be fun but I agree, women nowadays overdo it but it's their choice.
I don’t wear them and I can look damn hot in boots. Without killing my feet or risking falling and looking like an ass. They just seem so cheap and hookery. Just my opinion. If a woman likes them then more power to her. I will even help her walk down the stairs.
I say if it gives your confidence a little boost, why not? These examples are all on a learning curve though. I have seen countless women in the heels who have no idea how to walk in them.. That is not sexy. Bad makeup application? Not sexy. All bras are inherently uncomfortable.. So get fitted properly.
People want to be loved, being loved can often be misconstrued with being desired. Every human being wishes to be wanted, it is not unfair for people to take action to ensure this. I think the people doing this fear being unwanted, and thus manufacture a form of themselves they feel will be wanted.
Women gain power over men when they are wanted, and people crave power.
Fashion magazines and makeup companies and Hollywood are responsible for more women having poor self image and eating disorders and suicides. And no one sees the connection. And some thought it was just when men owned the companies but now that women are taking over some of the companies nothing is really changing...$$$$$$$$ is still the bottom line. So much of my perspective changed when I saw the struggles of my daughters first hand.

This is my perspective on human nature. If the downtrodden are so sick of their plight and they think they'll succeed in improving things they'll revolt. Those who reap the greatest benefits of the revolution will hoard their gains and leave the rest of the downtrodden in the dumps.
Heels complete the look of an outfit and not all kinds of heels are uncomfortable to wea they explore and choose according to their comfort if someone is habitual to wearing them they know what works best for them
Pushup bra never wore one i am naturally busty so never needed, coming to make up it's an art not all have the right skills less is always more nothing of it is done to impress people because nobody would spend their hard earned money just for "people "it's just that few people are fond of all these things and it makes them happy and everyone should do what makes them happy unless they ain't hurting anyone
Same here, I don't wear heels because I slid down the stairs the last time I did. I only wear bras out in public and I don't wear make up at all. Make up can be expensive and I'm quite happy with my looks.
High heels look dumb so why suffer? Push up bras can't push up anything as soon as you take them off. And makeup smells and ages the skin.

How about people just understand that different people like different things. And just because you don't like these things doesn't mean they don't make sense to others. I love heels, the make me feel unashamed of my already naturally tall stature. I love push up bras. They make me feel sexy as I have large breasts and so gravity is not their friend. I love makeup. Its a great art form and its so fun to draw on. I don't mind spending hours playing with it.

Higher heels are meant for longer wider feet though. Yes heels are bad for everyone, but if you have larger feet then they're less uncomfortable when you're wearing the taller shoes. That's why short women can't easily wear the same 6 to 8 inch shoes runway models adorn.
I kind of always wanted to wear high heels more. I’m already tall but think if a woman has the right pair of shoes, it does wonders for her confidence. I would need to practice walking in them though 😂
I like a lady that exhudes class in how she carries herself. That often starts with her attire. The more attention to detail in her looks the more investment she's willing to put into other aspects of life imho
Because we feel beautiful when we wear heels. I don't like this much heel but I love about 2 inches high. I feel too simple when I wear flats. I like to feel girly instead.
It has to do with a mix of insecurity fitting in and think they gonna be more attractive as a partner just as a person in general.
The fitting in is very strong with insecure individuals.

No. I've never understood it either but I'm kind of laid back. I do know anytime I've asked this question women have bawled me out for it lol. So I guess the thought is they're doing it for us "MEN". And if they're going to put their bodies through this the least we can do is keep our mouths shut lol. So I don't say anything anymore.

I agree. Heels are like back to front clown shoes: Instead of the big toe, they have the big heel.
Of course, they'll say all this stuff is "for themselves", but whether they're self-aware of that or not, it's still a silly thing to say. Girls are weird, they frequently enjoy wearing dumb looking and uncomfortable shoes.
Me neither. Especially when a lot of them look worse with make up than without (especially young girls). No hate And then they say, that they want a true man? :O
All these are bad for the health but they create a better image. Nicer and toned legs, firm breast etc. Each person has their point of you on the matter though.
