Why is Roblox so toxic?

My preacher yesterday said yesterday there was a 13 year old disabled girl in one of the churches who was being bullied on Roblox she had 18 to 20 friends on there they told her to commit suicide that she didn't belong here she told them her story about how she almost died in her dads arms as a baby that she was crippled and she wouldn't be able to walk they told her she was worthless and unloved. I played Roblox as a teenager I'm 26 I still play once in a while I never have problems I only build stuff and jump around I don't talk to anyone. They found a kidnapper on there who was trying to lure her. They arrested one in Texas they can't go get the other one because they're international hopefully there in their country they'll track them down and arrest them. I never knew kids on there could be so mean it's why I dont talk to teenagers online or mess with the chats I've seen toxic messages on there. My sister is 30 she has disabilities she's on Instagram she has a fan page for her favorite band she has some teen friends and young adult friends on there I worry about her everyday because she has been bullied on there. I can't believe they do this to a 13 year old especially one who's crippled and disabled I don't understand teens anymore why they take bullying out on others or even adults it's why I dont mess with it. I been on Roblox since 2014 when I was 18 I never had issues then again I stay out of the chats and pay no attention. Please ignore my profile says 30 I accidentally put it on here when I signed up I'm 26 I'm trying to figure out how to change the damn thing lol. Why is Roblox such a toxic game? Why do teens bully others?
