I work in an office. There is an older lady that works with us. She likes to dress like this to show them off. But if she catches you staring at her boobs.

It's a paradox. She's proud of her breasts and secretly loves the attention. But she isn't in a situation where she can be more overtly sexual so she puts on a facade of being offended by the male gaze.
